we regret to inform you that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing travel restrictions our joint PIASA/PSA conference in Chicago that was scheduled for June 12-14, 2020 has been CANCELLED. Those whose panels and papers were accepted for Chicago will automatically be accepted for the PIASA conference in Białystok, Poland, planned for June 2021. However, individual presenters and panel organizers will need to re-submit their paper or panel proposal when the application period opens next fall. PIASA will provide further information regarding the reimbursement of Chicago conference, banquet and tour fees. In the meantime, those who have already booked hotel reservations and/or airline tickets for Chicago should cancel them as soon as possible.
