Virtual event and presentation featuring Professor Anna Krakus of the University of Copenhagen
The Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences is pleased to announce a virtual event and presentation featuring Professor Anna Krakus of the University of Copenhagen on Saturday, May 1, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., US Eastern Time. During this event, Professor Krakus will be formally presented with the Institute’s 2020 Ludwik Krzyzanowski Award for the best article published in The Polish Review in 2019. Following her receipt of the Krzyzanowski Award, Professor Krakus will present ““No End in Sight: Tadeusz Konwicki’s Complicated Closures.” Participating in the discussion will be Prof. Marek Haltof of Northern Michigan University and Prof. Joanna Trzeciak Huss of Kent State University.
